These general conditions regulate the legal relationship entered into by virtue of the contracting processes among the customers of this web page which is the property of Cimaware Software SL.

The customers accept these General Conditions from the very moment that Cimaware Software SL services are hired.

These General Conditions are subject to Law 7/1998 of 13 April on General Contract Conditions to General Law 26/1984 of 19 July on Defense of Consumers and Users to Royal Decree 1906/1999 of 17 December regulating Contracts for Telephone or Electronic services with general conditions; to Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Regulation of Retail Trade to Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data and to Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services.

Cimaware Software SL reserves the right to amend these General Conditions subsequent to ample prior notice being sent to its customers with a view to improving the services offered. Notification duties shall be assumed as being met by means of amendment to the General Conditions appearing on this web page.

Cimaware Software SL explicitly informs you that our servers are hosted in the United States, a country that does not provide the same level of protection that is provided through Spanish legislation. When furnishing personal data you therefore tacitly express your agreement with that situation and Cimaware Software SL. thus remains exempt from any sort of responsibility in that respect.
